ORIENTATIONS & EVENTS

For students arriving in Fall 2013:

• The EAP Reciprocity Student Welcome Meeting (Required)
  Date: September 23 (Monday)
  Time: 2:15-4:30
  Location: 178 Humanities Hall (#601[E7] on campus map)
  Description: We will answer your questions regarding course enrollment, health insurance, obtaining a UCI student identification card, and much more. There will be a campus tour included so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. If you absolutely cannot attend, you must make an individual appointment with the EAP Reciprocity Advisor, Kim Henne at: khenne@uci.edu.

• International Center's Check-in Session (Required)
  Date: **Multiple dates to choose from (9/12, 9/17, 9/24, or 9/25)
  Time: Depends on day: see schedule for details
  Location: Student Center (room depends on day: see schedule for details)
  Description: This is mandatory session for all international students. Please choose one of the sessions listed above. You will need to look at the International Center webpage for more details on where and when your check in will be and what you will need to bring with you. • International Welcome (Back) Breakfast (Optional)
  Date: September 25 (Wednesday)
  Time: 9:30-11:00
  Location: Student Services II Patio
  Description: Enjoy a free breakfast and meet other EAP reciprocity students AND UCI students who have just returned from study abroad (possibly from your home country)! It will be extremely casual and you can come and go as you please.
