Want to go abroad? Follow these steps:

STEP 1: Tell us your Interests

First, complete the Interest Profile so that we know you are interested in studying abroad, and receive occasional emails about studying abroad that are relevant to your specific interests (eg. your major, locations where you want to study abroad, etc.)

Second, sign up for our Study Abroad Newsletter below to receive information about study abroad application deadlines, study abroad scholarship deadlines, information meetings, etc.

STEP 2: Choose your Program

Watch the webshops below to choose the program that’s right for you.

Cost and Credit are important aspects to consider when choosing a program. Watch the webshops below that are relevant to you:

COST:

  • Program Costs (How much does it cost to study abroad? What is included?)
  • Scholarships (How do I find scholarships? Who is eligible? Why should I apply?)
  • Financial Aid (How does financial aid work abroad?)

STEP 3: Apply to your Program

Then complete and submit the following form to the Study Abroad Center:

  • Pre-Application

    - This is NOT an application. Submit to receive a link to your application instructions. Allow plenty of time to apply!

      • UCEAP Deadlines
      • All Other Programs - Deadlines vary. Check with your program.
  • A passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the end of your program is required for ALL participants. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive, so if you do not have one, APPLY NOW!

Visit our Office – receive one-on-one assistance from peer and staff advisors.

    • Peer Advisors can help you get started, direct you to helpful online resources, and answer questions related to their own time abroad.
    • Staff Advisors can assist you when you have specific questions, concerns, or just can’t seem to narrow down your choices.
