HOUSING INFORMATION FOR CONTINUING UCI STUDENTS

This site contains both on-campus and off-campus housing information for EAP and IOP students returning to UCI.

On-Campus Housing

Information about on-campus housing - including descriptions, costs, and application procedures - can be found on the UCI Student Housing web site. Continuing students should review their options under Current Students.

2009-2010 Academic Year

Housing spaces are still available in all undergraduate communities. Contact Student Housing for information at (949) 824-6811 or housing@uci.edu. Click here to access the non-guaranteed housing application for 2009-10. This application will put you on the wait-list for Arroyo Vista and/or Campus Village. Note that Vista del Campo and Vista del Campo Norte are on-campus but are privately owned and managed communities. They allow residents to sub-lease their room, and they may have some vacancies. Contact them directly to inquire about their sub-leasing list.

2010-2011 Academic Year

Because of reduced freshman enrollment this year, Housing will have hundreds more spaces to offer to continuing students next year. Priority placement will go to guaranteed students, however, all currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply. The application process for on-campus housing for continuing students for the 2010-11 academic year will begin on November 9 at 7:00 am. Guaranteed and non-guaranteed students may apply starting on this date by following the instructions on the Student Housing web site. Continuing students who are not eligible for guaranteed housing can still apply to get on a 2010-11 housing wait-list for Arroyo Vista or Campus Village. Note that Vista del Campo, Vista del Campo Norte, and Camino del Sol (NEW) are on-campus but are privately owned and managed communities. They allow residents to sub-lease their room, and they may have some vacancies. Contact them directly to inquire about their sub-leasing list.
