Nursing Science Majors Study Abroad

"Studying abroad gives Nursing Science students the opportunity to learn and experience diverse healthcare systems in international environments.  Students learn about the healthcare delivery system in their host country and are able to bring this experience home to be integrated into their direct practice with patients, thus allowing for stronger cultural competency.  Students view of health care delivery systems and direct patient care is enlarged, which strengthens their own individual practice and understanding of global health care."
