EAP Planning for Foreign Language Majors

The School of Humanities offers majors in:
Chinese
French
German
Japanese
Korean
Latin

What better way to study a foreign language than in its country of origin? Total immersion is a great way to learn a foreign language and learn about the country and its people. Experience what it's like to live overseas and study as an international student! Interested in studying additional languages? Visit EAP Language Options.

Strategies for Language Majors

The Foreign Language major requirements best suited to take abroad are:

Note: These are only a few strategies that demonstrate how a student can study abroad and graduate within 4 years. There are many EAP programs that can be substituted into the same strategies. DO NOT LET THESE EXAMPLES LIMIT YOU. Please consult the EAP Program Wizard for more options.
